Sept 14 2012

Objective: ESS 2a Students know that we are located at the outer edge of the disc shaped Milky Way Galaxy that spans 100,000 light years

2) GDL 100 points Day 3 of 3(The year is 2065 and you have traveled to another galaxy (Andromeda), you must create a galactic drivers license on one side of the paper and write a letter to your relatives back on Earth on the other side ( 1 full page)

  1. El niño is a weather cycle that occurs every 3 to 7 years. During el niño cycle the waters are 41° warmer in the Pacific Ocean near the equator. As the water starts to warm up it also heats up the air above it. El niño usually begins in the summer and peaks in the winter then fades out in late spring to early summer.
